Deposits All appointments require a card on file & all new clients require a $30 deposit due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit does go toward your service cost. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation or no show. Cancellations & Rescheduling Rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment & can be done via the link in your email or you can message me. Last minute cancellations, less than 48 hours & no shows will be charged 50% of the service booked. No call / no shows will be banned from future bookings. Late Policy Please communicate if you will be running late. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, appointment is subject to cancellation and fee will be charged. If I’m still able to accommodate you, please note that some design work may need to be omitted due to time constraints. Payment Methods Final balance can be paid via cash, card on file or zelle. If paying cash, please bring small bills as change may not always be available. Also now accepting “buy now, pay later” via Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm.
